North Central District Puerto Rico Mission Trip January 8th-15th, 2024

Save the date and get excited! The North Central District will be hosting a Mission Trip to Puerto Rico in January of 2024. The specific date is January 8th-15th. The deadline to register is November 2nd in order to order tickets for flights, transportation, and lodging in Puerto Rico.
Here are some things to know!
The good news is that Puerto Rico does not require a passport since it is a US protectorate. So, that keeps the trip a bit more accessible. A driver's license is all you need.
You only need a driver's license to travel to Puerto Rico. This site says that a Real ID will not be required by TSA until May 7, 2025.

This trip will be limited to 38 people.
We do require that those attending this mission trip to Puerto Rico be college-aged or above.
The total cost per person for this trip is still TBD but will be around $1,300-1500 apiece with a deposit of $650.00 upon registering.
Registration Deadline will be November 1st. This will allow for the preparation of this trip and the booking of group tickets at the airlines. Further information on departure location will be sent out to the final group. Please contact the district office if you are unsure about anything.
There is a $650.00 dollar deposit to attend this trip with another $650-750.00 due on or before December 18th. The final amount will be posted to the whole group going on this trip with a second link to finish payments.
